I am married with 2 kids, so gaming is kinda my hobby.

With friends, or solo.

What game do you plan on spending the most time on? Why?
For the last 3 weeks all I played was TOS. i've been waiting for this game for years. Some times I play the Division on ps4 with my friends too.

Friendly, dedicated, focused.

Do you watch replays and/or pro player streams? How often?
Some times I watch some league of legends stream, I dont play it anymore, but I still like to watch it. I tried to watch some of TOS streams, but mostly are new people just streaming for no special reason.

What kind of competitive tournament or online experience do you have?
I played Wow for over 10 years, league of legends since  2011 and tested some other mmos like Swtor, Tera, but not for too long.

never.

Never played any official.

What type of guild are you looking to join? What would the ideal environment look like for you?
I am looking for a guild where we can be dedicated, but not mandatory. A friendly guild.

This is definitely the place for your ideal environment! No matter the game  I've played I have always strive to make guilds like that or be in one. We do have some quotas and expectations, but nothing over the top that people with real life to handle can't manage.
